For me the most satisfaying thing is when vandal spam actually work and the most unsatisfaying thing is when enemy Raze throw a grenade in little room and your team mate afk at the door making you unable to get out.

I would like to have another option added to 50 and 100 bots: infinite bots and more stats like hs, body, legs % over time instead of time elapsed. I would also like an adjustable view cone where they spawn. That shouldn't be too hard to do...
