How long do you play Valorant per day?

I think I'm addicted. I play 10-12 competitives per day. Is it normal or is it too much? I just wanna hear about your thoughts. Thanks!

Fps hard capped to 1

So I reinstalled windows on my laptop and installed valorant. I had all the graphic card drivers and other drivers installed but for some reason, my fps in valorant is hard-capped to 1. It doesn't increase nor decrease. I used to get flat 6...
