How to lower resolution scale

I need to lower the resolution scale of Valorant, and all of the tutorials I've looked up don't work. Does anyone know how to do it?

Has anyone else mainly gotten icebox and breeze in comp recently?

Every other game for me the past 3 days is icebox or breeze. Are they trying to push these maps more or am I just extremely unlucky?
