Played 6 comp games last night, and they were all like this. It makes it very difficult to rank up, and I feel bad for dragging my teammates down. Is there a way to fix this? This is a second account that I play without my duo, but on my main I am still only Gold 3, so I'm not smurfing at all.

Stutter issue resolved via reinstall
Just wanted to put this out there for those that are dealing with the same issue. Reinstall the game and see if that helps. Made the world of difference to me.
