The game gives -30 for loss and +20 for win?
Can't really understand the system as if it has placed me lower than my displayed mmr, then surely 'above' average performances would give extra mmr to counteract the hidden mmr?
Super demotivating needing a 66% win rate just to stagnate my rank

Toxic players, what's wrong with you?
Played my first comp game yesterday after not participating in the last 2-3 seasons or so. Got a good reminder of why I stopped playing. My goodness, how toxic and annoying the players are in this game. There's always a dude who dies first...
