The game gives -30 for loss and +20 for win?
Can't really understand the system as if it has placed me lower than my displayed mmr, then surely 'above' average performances would give extra mmr to counteract the hidden mmr?
Super demotivating needing a 66% win rate just to stagnate my rank

Shooting range while queueing / Confirm button when match found
I really think Riot should let us access shooting range while queueing and have a button to confirm once a match is found.
