How much fps do you get?

How much fps do you get? Recently just got a new Pc (Ryzen 5 7600x + R9 390x, 32gb DDR5), it obviously runs 200+ so I'm curious how many people actually have good pcs since it's a relatively easy game to run.

Can't use ghost

I just don't seem to be able to get any kills from ghost. I either hit all body shots(like 2 or 3 shots that do 60 or 90 damage) or if i aim at head level none of shots connect. Need some advice
