I am a silver 3 in Valorant, and I find myself sometimes backseating, which I know is a bad habit. What can I do to stop myself from doing this?

why do people still think the way of "having fun" in this game is to throw the whole match
"this is not competitive, no need to try hard" "go cry kid"
i don't even understand like you can just play the game normally without ruining someones day even if it's not competitive, no need to troll. people like these needs to understand...
