How do you play against an enemy default?

for context i’m still pretty new to the game, I was bronze last act but gold this act and I’ve been seeing enemy teams play this strat more often in my games just need help from high elo players. pls be nice :)

Question about Valorant Voice Chat

I joined a 5 stack and we lost. I decided to take a break and closed Valorant and around a minute later I could hear people talking in the Party Voice even though I closed it. How does that happen?
