How is it possible to rank up in solo queue

It seems to me it is borderline impossible to win solo queue games.

Im gold 3 and 9/10 games I solo queue I lose, I comm every game, encourage my team mates to comm, get team mvp every 2/3 games, pretty much have to assume the role of IGL because im the only one talking.

My teammates are either toxic out the wazoo, afk, trolling, or not speaking.

How the fuck does anyone win when they solo queue.

P.S. used to 5 stack but now everyone is too busy trying to 100% elden ring :,((

Do you consider 'Could be A' a callout?

I hear loads of comms like this. Pretty much just guesses where people could be correct or wrong just as equally. Do you consider this to be a proper callout or nope?
