How to push while staying accurate?

(New Player) What is your guys best tips for pushing while keeping your aim inaccuracy modifier down? I noticed that even if you stop moving the second you see an enemy and shoot there is a delay before the aim inaccuracy thing resets to 0 so you can still miss your shots even if you stop the second you get peeked.

Doesn’t this means you always have a disadvantage when you need to use W and push? I tried the crouch method for a bit to instantly cancel the inaccuracy thing but that’s just handing the enemy team free headshots because everyone aims at the chest in my elo ;-;. Tips?
