I just had someone in my Immortal game win trade (playing cypher) and would purposefully not look at cam and let the enemy Reyna walk up and flank us all and not place trips. Looked at his history and has 3 previous games with the enemy Reyna. (All of them he lost significantly
Is there any way to report win trading?

Does headshot percentage really matter?
I'm Gold 1, my average HS% is 30%, my peak is 55% in comp, but sometimes I feel like maintaining a high HS% doesn't help me rank up that much. Like, I'm still G1. Should I still focus on HS% or any other aspect?
