I just played a game with a suspected smurf(s)...and it is not fun at all. I am writing because I thought RIOT said they will do something about smurfs... What they have done...?

I am in Gold...and a duo just picked Reyna and Omen went 50/2 as Reyna, and Omen went 13/0. They just went 13/0 against our team in the quickest game of ranked I have ever played. They were obviously boosting their Sage- who seemed to be lost the whole game. Sage didn't get a single kill and provided us with the only glimmer of hope throughout the game.

Reyna and Omen were both Silver 1 as the ranking system see's it....yeah...right...there isn't even an option to report for suspected smurfing? What do you think should be done when caught?
