What if after every ranked game, you are able to vote on teammates who talked and gave useful comms and players who barely/didn't comm. This data forms a hidden "comms-rating" (let's call it CR) for each player, sort of like MMR. Players who consistently get voted as "no-commers" will have a low CR and are much more likely to match with other players who have a low CR, while players who talk and try to help their team have a good CR and are matched with similar players. Gone will be the depressing days where you are the only one talking and trying to win, while your team mindlessly ignores you and plays with zero coordination. The solo queue experience is already dreadful enough, encourage players to talk and reward them for doing so!!
