How does sinatraa playstyle works so well?!

I'm an hardstuck plat, i used to do like sinatraa and crouch spraying almost every duel but i would only get 1tap, so i unbind crouch, now i have a 23hs% but a harder time aiming. So how tf does sinatraa only crouch sprays and frag out like a demon?

Yeah, because in patch 1.11 Cypher's trapwires after his death are launched off. So after reviving Cypher by Sage trapwires will be activated again? Guys, I have no clue...
