How to turn ghost mode on and off really quickly?

Hi! I'm trying to practice my haunt line ups and want to know how I can turn ghost mode on and off really fast so I can check where my lineup landed.

Is there a keybind or do I just have to do it in settings every time?

Because I seen YouTubers teaching haunt line ups turn ghost mode on and off really fast without going into settings?

Does comp ban timer only go down when I am online

I recently got a week ban from comp because my dad turned my pc off mid game. It's been over 3 days and it still has 150 hours left, is there a reason for this?
