What is the highest Rank a player can achieve while calibrating for the first time and what is the most common rank people achieve in there first calibration ?

I would love to see an option to spawn bots vertically. Vertical aim is also very important. I remember coming from Cs to OW and not being able to hit Phara because I never trained my vertical aim.
