It seems like 1 out of every 4 matches, I get a super toxic teammate shouting slurs in my ear and throwing the game. (Silver/gold elo.)
I always just report and mute these players, but in my 6 months of playing, I've only ever gotten 2 messages back from Riot saying they took action against an account I reported. Which is strange given the amount of reports I've put in- and I've never false reported, I only report players who are very obviously throwing, purposefully team sabotaging, or abusing comms. (I'm also a woman so I'm sure the amount of weird comms I get is slightly increased, hence putting in more reports.)
What happens after I report a player? Is Riot taking my reports seriously? I'm concerned because the game is very obviously filled to the Brim with harrassment but I'm not getting any feedback after reporting players who should be banned.
Do reports go through actual people or do they go through an automated system? Does Riot only review reports if accounts get mass reported? Does Riot just not reach out after every player they take action against?
Thank you!

Me and my friend made a fast and versatile lineups website for Valorant players to learn lineups on the go. No strings attached: it is what it sounds likeā¦ a database that lets you shoot any projectile from and to anywhere.
