Is anyone else experiencing an issue that they can hear random people's parties whether they're in a game with them or not.

I thought this was a very interesting issue, because me and my party had our mics fully muted and it activated them for me and my party and was broadcasting it to the rest of the game every though they were off. Same thing happened with the rest of our team they weren't able to turn there's off though.

I don't know what kind of issues this raises with Riot, but I don't feel comfortable having my mic randomly broadcast to everyone without me allowing it.
