So when i first played this game i got a thing that instantly unlocked an agent without doing the hero pass thingy. Is there a way to get that item again

Is anybody else stuck in the premier bracket with their match not starting? My team has been waiting for an hour with the game telling us “Preparing”, but not actually starting. We have an opponent in the bracket but nothings happening. :(...
