I defused the spike to -00:00

While I was defusing the spike, I think I had the timing so perfect that the timer went to exactly 0 seconds. But why does it say -00:00? I am just really concerned about why this said negative zero seconds not positive zero seconds. Would anyone like to answer my question? Thanks :D
