Winter Wunderland, Nebula, and now Horizon...These types of skin lines with the moving inside animation have become very common. Yes they can look pretty but I much prefer a well designed remodel/recolour of a gun and think these designs are lazy and uninspired as a single animation is copy pasted across 5 guns.
Another reason I dislike these types of skins are because they're straight up distracting and shift focus off where i'm aiming. Don't get me wrong, I think moving animation/scene skin lines are a cool gimmick once or twice but they are becoming more common and every time I see a new one pop up I think "guess i'll save my money for another month".
