Hi guys!!! Always been a big fan of riot game's art :) it's always been my goal to work for them one day! I tried to draw the Valorant characters in their league of legends splash art style because I've always really admired those! If a player is better than their friend group, how should they get higher-skilled teammates for Comp?
I've seen people on my friends list that are good individually but they struggle to win with their team.
Upon further review, their friends are notably worse than they are. They top frag many games but lose often.

My high ranked friends all made smurf accounts just because it takes forever to find Unrated or even Spike Rush games.
It takes nearly 8-10 minutes for Spike Rush and even longer to find Unrated matches so in order to find quick fast matches they made a new smurf (1 is radiant the other immortal) and queue ranked on gold accounts with my friends.
