I've never played the game, but the hand gesture when she used the ultimate felt so beautiful.

Everyone I get matched with on comps is much much better than me.
I got placed as a Bronze 3, the placing games went very well. But then I started playing a little and every time I just get demolished, ranking last place in the whole match for almost every game.
Why does that happen?
