My game sense in valorant isn't the greatest yet after around 400ish hours, in csgo I was a solid LE that frequently played with/against globals, yet in the ranks of gold 3/plat 1 in Val, I'm constantly getting out aimed and I'm struggling to find a main.
I do watch pro gameplay so I learn stuff from there, but my skills from cs are struggling to translate over to this game. I constantly bottom frag and even when we win, I always end up with a negative KD. Only once have I ever top flagged in ranked.
Wtf am i doing wrong, please help

I did reyna cover i was bored and i need to kill some time so i took some elements and blender, cut, changing colours etc... them to make something new.
I tried to put man behind her it suppose to be soul she took idk maybe i failed idk, what do you guys think i did to see how people will react on something like this.

Does someone know what do these pings mean?
I sometimes get these white pings with an x on my screen, I don't think they are from a player. At first I thought it meant an enemy player is near that location but I'm not sure.
