I've been waiting for prime vandal for months. Whats the point of a random store with super few random offers, only 1 time a day? And with the amount of skins there is in the game, makes the chances to get the skin you want even worse.

Is it to preserve the "rarity" of the skins ? But i dont feel like they are rare at all, and everyone has their preference at the end of the day, nobody likes the same skins so why cant people just pick and choose?

Or atleast make it offers every 12 hours, or more than 4 offers at a time. This is getting ridiculous that I have to beg riot to take my money lol.
