I've read the old threads about this, most of them made before the vandal buff. Now it seems like every game, 90% of players are using vandal over the phantom. Vandal also seems to have more kills per game than phantom at every skill level...

That's all there is to it... I just miss split.. Just take out breeze or something... Or fracture that'd do fine too.. Split is just unique, its made for the comebacks, it's made so that you die to raze's bot at mid, and where cypher is uti...
