Hello! I need help to improve in Valorant.

I am not asking for a long response, just something to help me.

I am Silver 1 and have peaked Silver 2. I currently play 5 - 10 games a day. Some games i outfrag plats and some games i get dogged on by irons. I do one deathmatch in between each game. I rarely solo que.

Is there a way for me to get better or more consistent? I would love some tips. My goal is to hit plat.
