I haven't played the game since beta and get in this lobby as first game, why and how?

They all thought I was faking/acting and were calling me all sort of names. What a nice way to come back... Yes I played terrible but what do you expect after 2 years of not playing. There are so many new things as well. Btw I have Valorant points because of refunded items from the beta.
