I have a high kd but a lower hs%

I have a 1.23 kd and a 175adr. but my hs% is only at 19.8 and it keeps dropping it was a 23% but it keeps dropping g and my kd keeps rising. is this hood or bad i try and focus on tap strafing but idk if hs% is somthing i should try n get better

How would I become better at playing as a controller?

Im best with duelists and sentinels but heard for comp its good to have your second pick be a controller but I suck with them. Mostly with smoking.
