I have a high kd but a lower hs%

I have a 1.23 kd and a 175adr. but my hs% is only at 19.8 and it keeps dropping it was a 23% but it keeps dropping g and my kd keeps rising. is this hood or bad i try and focus on tap strafing but idk if hs% is somthing i should try n get better

If I lower my sensitivity too much I’m terrible close range but if I put it high I struggle to hit long range

Any tips on this issue? I feel like other people absolutely smoke me at range while I struggle to hit their head.
