Debuff abilities like blinds, slows, etc. tell you how many enemies were affected after the round ends. I think it could help people learning agents like skye to also give feedback on how many teammates were blinded/ concussed.

The title is what i keep telling myself, but i have recently out of nowhere found myself lacking so much in gun fight. I went from 30 kills per game in diamond to 11 kills per game in low plat - plat 2. I dont know what i am doing wrong....
