I had an idea that after every vct, riot should let the winning team pick 4-5 skins that they call the champs bundle, this would be like the give back bundle but the vct's winners get to pick the skins. the bundle would also come with a bud...

Can't understand rank increment/decrement

I was match MVP both times.
1st one I lost 13-9 and rank decreased by 30
2nd one I won with 13-7 and rank increased by 16 only.
Is it weird?
