I hop in a ranked game only to see 8/10 players are bots. Idk if this has happened to anyone else before

I don't know if this is legit but the killjoy told me this isn't the first time this happened to her. I chose comp and get bots. are these riot bots? If they are riot bots why are they in ranked. I won with 19 kills and 1 death because killJoy just surrenderd
