So I've had this idea for a quite some time now. So the idea is new game mode where you would build your own agent. You would pick abilities you like and combine them into one agent and then you will be playing with it. Or you could make agent with bad abilities and let the enemy play with it. Sorry for all mistakes in text if there are any and sorry if I put wrong flair in there

Plant timing
Does it actually take exactly 4 seconds to plant? In this clip it seems like Reyna begins planting at 3.94, is this a result of server connection?
Sidenote: Yeah, I should've swung on plant to ensure he couldn't plant, but with 4 alive f...
