The new UI is not only ugly but the UX is horrible. They should've kept the old style of the UI

Rating system for better teammates.
As I am new to FPS gaming, I am not sure if this is done before but I have an idea for getting better teammates.
I am a gold player and have never climbed up that rank. I do communicate in game and expect my teammates to do the same. But...
