I play almost every day I have about 350-500 hours in the game and I’m a bz1 all my friends say I’m at least a silver and I feel like I have decent aim. I just want to know what techniques I can practice to hopefully start getting better and moving up. I’ve been stuck at iron 3 bz1 for like 2.5 seasons

Unrated has become a waste of time
It seems lately the unrated experience has hit rock bottom. 8 out of 10 matches get surrendered somewhere around the 5th to 12th round mark.
The last 5 or 6 odd unrated matches that I've played have all had someone or the other in the team...
