I am always being told to play heals in my ranked lobbies (silver btw) when we have no sentinel even though I main chamber. When I don’t listen to them they start flaming me and just be toxic in general, and I’m really not sure what to do.

I was playing unrated yesterday and someone told me I didnt have to smoke the bomb off with vipers smoke to do molly lineups. is this true? i was under the impression it did more damage this way.
