does your in-game performance affect rating?
in ranked does your performance, like kda and overall gameplay affect how much your rating goes up if you win? like based on certain algorithms
not just win/loss based on your opponent teams mmr and yours?

Im real bad at this game!! Any tips will be helpful, I am not very good with shooting and aiming as you can see, I am mostly supporting my teammates with scanning and blocking.
