I find myself rarely using Viper's powers sometimes , when I try to use my wall , teammates say I'm blocking their vision , when I use the poison orb , I really don't think it helps , and my C ability BARELY does anything. ( I don't even catch somebody in it )

But I use the ult a lot , very useful and very OP.

So how should I use them?
