I was messing with one of the suppressor-less phantoms the scenario bots drop and ended up with a marshal level zoom, iron sighted phantom, with no suppressor

At first when I tried to ADS my wrist filled the screen, then after a while it randomly switched to being pretty much normal except it didn't have a sight, then this. The irons were fully animated too like they moved around nicely when you walked

Lets say the sightlines in breeze, if they're far back the player model just looks like 16 blurry pixels shifting across, i'm playing at my native res 1376x768 and with highest msaa, what else can i do?
