Hey, I've been playing CS:GO for years, reached supreme and still to this day my aim in CS:GO is considered pretty good as I always manage to get over 80% headshot rate (It's calculated differently).

In Valorant however, I managed to reach immortal 2 but no matter how hard I try, I always get destroyed like this. From my perspective, it looks like run and gun because the sova couldn't counter-strafe that fast, but whenever I get deleted it's always like this, I always get killed by people moving around and shooting, nobody is stopping when they are firing their gun or they are stopping after they kill me, not before.

I want an explanation and an advice on how to improve, avoid getting killed like this and maybe learn how to do it myself as it's a clearly a huge part of the game I still didn't master and I really want to improve as much as I possibly can.

To make it clear, I am not here to brag or make the game look bad, I am here to learn something new and get someone else's perspective as all I played was CS all up until now, people coming from different games might have different perspectives that could be helpful.
