Just lost a game cause one of my teammates "needed iron" and threw the game. wasn't even the only match I played today with someone that throws. Any way to combat this?

My Gf made this monstrosity the other day.
My Gf does a lot of art and got into Valorant not too long ago. Since then she's started drawing different agents and decided to get interesting with this one.
