"I need iron"

Just lost a game cause one of my teammates "needed iron" and threw the game. wasn't even the only match I played today with someone that throws. Any way to combat this?

The "Request to join" button should change to "Join" once invited

Often it happens that the invite goes away and the other person cannot invite you again. Also instead of disabling the invite button it should change to "Cancel invite"
