For some reason, my team can't hear my voice chat in game until I turn loopback test on and off again. I've had this for a long time and tested it. I have no idea why it happens, but it's annoying when I realize my team hasn't been hearing me the whole time. Any ideas?

Hi, I wanted to ask if the charms with the symbol of player's highest rank at a season are no longer being given to players? It's been a few seasons without me getting one.
