I am peak ascendant 3, have been diamond 1-3 since E2A3 and ascendant every single act and episode since its released. I am currently 1 loss off plat 3. I do horrible, I lose. I do wonderful, I lose. There's never any comms on my team. I communicate as much as I can, I try to keep the mental up for the team, no matter how bad we play a round. There's quite literally nothing I can do. I'm currently at 6 wins 14 losses. Last act I was at 68 wins, 78 losses. It was worse in the middle of the act. I have a 28% winrate.

I tried playing less, but everytime I go on, I just lose again. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. I wouldn't care if it was win/loss all the time, but I'm literally just losing every single game. My mental isn't out the window, but it's so demotivating to play, when all you do is lose. Every day I go on with the same positive mindset, just to get it ruined.

I know I can do vod reviews, but it's not like I'm hard stuck diamond 1, I have reached higher with ease, every single act. On episode hard resets, I climb out no problem, no matter what rank I place.

Is it just to keep playing until it solves itself? Pray to the Valorant gods? Like what is going on? Please help.
