I play so good in deathmatches but when I go into a game I don't play like in the deathmatch at all (crouch spray, missed headshots, EXT). Can anyone help or at least give me the name of the problem so i can see videos on how to stop doing it?

The person keeps saying the N-word but still does not get banned
