I have been playing for 5 months 2 hours a day but for some reason I am still iron 3. I practice 10 mins in range and my sens is low but I cant get good? Can anyone explain?

Why don't Chamber's hands glow when he's in the range of his tp anymore?

The markings on Chamber's hands used to turn gold from their typical brownish yellow when he was in range of his tp. Now they don't. Why is that?
