My game was lagging a lot and suddenly as I was in a queue for Unrated, my screen became blank(white) . I went to desktop and returned and then after a few seconds I see the agent selection screen(below). I cannot see my other teammates....

Just got back from a trip and wanted to play some. Is this gonna be like an hour or two thing or should I just wait till tmrw? Appreciate any info!
