I have a question, why is my game sometimes more smoother on max graphics (optimal from Nvidia experience) and not so smooth at lowest graphics?

Also why does the game get really choppy every now and then when what I run is just discord and valorant, occasionally Spotify, I always make sure that the application is either closed or hidden in tray/task bar

Petition to lower the brightness on skye flash

Haven't seen a post on this and a lot of my friends face this issue. Skye's flash is really hurting on the eyes Requesting the brightness/ glow to be reduced a little.
