Now that I have your attention, I know about the nic situation for you guys but I really want to know what encourages you to talk, like do you guys wait to check if the lobby us calm, do you observe your teamates, or do you not talk at all, because I'm just tryna sre what I can do to help you guys feel comfortable and talk in game. Unlocking all agent contracts
It'd be cool if Riot made some sort of badge/achievement if you unlocked all agent contracts or got to rank 10 on all of them, since its such a difficult task.
