i really want to have a better aim, any good training for this?

I'm S1 and my aim is trash, i have a B1 level aim, if I'm silver it's because i know how to use my utilities and I have a good game sense, but my aim, my movement and my crosshair placement are really bad.

If you have a good training for this, it would be helpful.
