In my most recent game, I had to beg my team to give me any sorts of info including pings etc. Im hoping that moving on more people will get more comfortable with using their mic. P.S. I am plat 3 playing in high plat low diamond lobbies

Why are my flashes always shorter than enemy's?
When they flash me it feels like some good 4-5 sec, but when I do i get insta-killed as if they weren't flashed, or they are flashed for like 2 sec I don't know what am I doing wrong
