I want to update my terrible 60hz monitor because I'm tired of having good aim but seeing my enemies lag on the screen xD What factors should I look for? I don't want to spend too much but want a decent one

I was playing a comp around 20 minutes ago and everyone got disconnected at the same time. Tried loading back in and now I'm basically softlocked on the screen. Wondering if anyone else experienced this problem.
